Google Buys Photo Editing Site Picnik

Google made a deal to buy the online photo editing service Picnik and in the result of this deal the 20 members of Picnik team will move to Google and start working for Google’s Picasa platform.

Picnik was found in year 2005 and according to last month’s record it has 16.8 million unique visitors which shows its strength.
No words are spoken out about the price of Picnik which is paid by search giant Google but according to Picnik CEO the price tag was a “very, very happy number”.
