Gull1hack Jailbreak Tool is Fake?

So, here comes another developers team of Gull1hack jailbreak tool and according to them their tool is capable to jailbreak iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch running on the new base-band 05.12.01.
Right now iPhone Dev Team who are the most active ones did not rolled out any update of their jailbreak tool for this new base-band and according to Musclenerd iPhone team’s developer Gull1hack is just a fake tool and nothing more than that, so the users must be careful about that.
There is also a good news for iPhone and iPod Touch users that soon iPhone Dev Team will provide solution to jailbreak the Apple devices working with recent base-band.
